Matt and I have stayed in many villa's over in Florida, and I have to say from a woman’s point of view, you have accounted for almost everything to make our stay home from home.
I had no problems cooking in the villa, and with travelling without children, we wanted to enjoy the villa more rather than eat out all the time. And I'm glad to say I had no problems. From a basic breakfast to a Sunday lunch. So well done for the well equipped kitchen.
The Pool was lovely, we enjoyed the Spa, which I am glad to say you don't ask for a payment as some villa's do, so we made full use of that.
The fact that you have a separate Family room and Dining room with Living room was nice.
Overall we had a lovely time, and if it's ok with you we will keep your name on file and use your villa again.

"Wow, what a place!! Superb location, villa in fantastic condition & pool exceptional (so much so we had a job keeping the kids out of it). We couldn't have asked for anything else. But yet there was more, free internet/email usage, free international calls, TV's in every room plus DVDs, X box etc & superb weather.
Only 15 mins from Disney World, 30 mins from Florida Mall, Seaworld & Universal Studios. An excellent base, but with the restaurants & supermarkets just round the corner.
The whole family loved the place, we have already started saving to return & we know where to come back to!! 2009 & Harry Potter doesn't seem that far away...."

"We had a great time at your villa it was a lovely welcome to have the lights on as when your going into a strange home at night it’s nice not to have to try & find where light switches were etc…
The villa was everything we wanted & much more we could eat in which was great with the kids & sometimes easier.
It was great to come home & be able to have a swim at night or relax in the spa after a long day of walking it was something we all looked forward to every day.
We never got on top of each other we had plenty of space we used the lounge TV, but apart from the kids the other TV’s never got used. The free international calls was great it was nice to keep in touch with family & friends.
The villa was in an ideal spot we felt for both distance to the Disney theme parks & away from towns etc it is a lovely & quiet neighbourhood very peaceful.
Thank you very much for trusting us with your home we very much enjoyed it & would definitely recommend it to friends & who knows one day the 5 of us might go back as we all definitely would love to do that."

"Well we had an absolutely wonderful stay at the villa. We were very lucky with the weather - it was only a bit chilly for a couple of days, the rest of the time it was 25-30°C.
The villa is well equipped and very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. The children (and sometimes the adults) thoroughly enjoyed the X-box after being on their feet all day at the parks. It was a really nice touch having it there, especially as we don't have one at home so it was a real novelty for them! We also enjoyed the DVD player, again when you've been busy all day it's nice to chill with a beer or 2!
It was also lovely having the internet and email; we really made the most of that.
It was very easy to find and we soon found our way around the area

"We have just enjoyed a fantastic 3 week stay from mid Oct to early Nov 2006 in this lovely Villa.
The weather was great with temperatures in the 80's for virtually the whole stay; we only had rain for one morning and one afternoon.
Thanks very much to Adrian & Kim for the great personal service and for the help with planning our stay, this made a real difference, the website was also the best we have ever seen for a private Villa.
The location was just right, close enough to all main attractions plus we found Hampton Lakes to be very quiet & peaceful, it was also reassuring to have the management company close by had we needed their assistance for anything.
The villa was exceptional and exceeded our expectations; it was comfortable, high spec decor, clean, bright and very roomy with a great pool enjoyed on a daily basis by all our family, we couldn't fault a thing.
Security was also a prior concern of ours especially with small children but we soon had peace of mind with the safety feature of the alarmed patio door to the pool and the pool fence.
The amenities were also very handy such as the Xbox, Computer with free Internet access, DVD and the unlimited free phone calls both locally and back home to friends & family in England.
We found the Villa computer especially useful for using the Disney photo pass service - check out disneyphotopass.com for further details.
The washing machine and dryer were also useful and meant we didn't have to bring dirty laundry back home to clean.
A mention must also go to the ultra comfortable beds; we had no trouble getting any sleep during the entire 3 weeks.
We have passed on the villa details to friends & family & can't wait to return ourselves.
If you are looking to stay in Orlando then we highly recommend this great Villa for comfort, security, close location to attractions including Disney, pool & other amenities backed up by the superb personal service from Adrian & Kim."

It was so nice to have somewhere private we could all go back to relax. We even stayed in a couple of evenings because restaurants every night just got to be a bit too much!
