Our rates are for the property and not per person and are fully inclusive except for the pool and spa heating. You can pay in either US dollars, GB pounds or Euros.

Additional Information
  • The minimum rental period for the property is 3 nights. Bookings of less than 6 nights will incur an additional housekeeping charge of $80/£45/€65.
  • Christmas is the week including the 25th December. New Year is the week including the 1st January. Easter is the two weeks including Good Friday and Easter Monday. Thanksgiving is the week including the 4th Thursday in November. The minimum booking for these periods is 1 week and 2 weeks at Easter.
  • If required pool heating must be specified at the time of booking, and will be switched on in advance of your arrival to allow the water to reach the correct temperature. If the ambient temperature falls below 7°C/45°F the heating system is not able to function.
Our rates are inclusive of all local and state taxes and are for the rental of the property up to the maximum occupancy of 8 persons. The rental charges are inclusive of electricity, water, air-conditioning, heating, telephone (local, national & international) calls, cable television, use of internet & PC, cleaning & maintenance of pool, housekeeping (cleaning before and after your stay), provision of linens and towels, and use of all other facilities of the property and resort.
