The home has 2 spacious living areas, a formal dining area, a large open plan kitchen, 2 double en-suite bedrooms plus 2 twin bedrooms and a total of 3 bathrooms.
The villa has a 28x15ft pool with extended deck and screen plus plenty of comfortable chairs and recliners to relax on. At night the underwater floodlighting illuminates both pools. The deck area also has a fence and alarm to safeguard young children from accessing the pool.
The fabulous spa pool is the place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine, especially after a busy day at the theme parks. Both pools can be heated (recommended during the cooler winter months) for an additional charge.
