Our villa is the ideal base for a vacation to Orlando
All our rates are for the rental of property and not per person making them superb value, and are fully inclusive except for the pool and spa heating. You can pay in either US dollars, GB pounds or Euros and if you prefer by credit or debit card using the secure Pay Pal payment system.
The availability of the house can be checked by viewing our calendar. Don't miss out, you can book up to 12 months in advance and making an early reservation for the peak seasons is always recommended.

Our rates are guaranteed with no surcharges
Once you have confirmed your booking and paid your deposit the price is guaranteed and no additional surcharges will be applied. Our rates are inclusive of all local and state taxes (currently 12% and often omitted by others in their rates) and are for the rental of the property up to the maximum occupancy of 8 persons. The rental charges are inclusive of electricity, water, air-conditioning, heating, telephone (local, national & international) calls, cable television, unlimited Netflix streaming movies, use of internet & computer, cleaning & maintenance of pool, housekeeping (cleaning before and after your stay), provision of linens and towels, and use of all other facilities of the property and resort.
Additional Information
- The minimum rental period for the property is 4 nights. Bookings of less than 6 nights will incur an additional housekeeping charge of $96/£60/€69.
- If required pool heating must be specified at the time of booking, and will be switched on in advance of your arrival to allow the water to reach the correct temperature.
* A minimum booking period of one week applies to receive a complimentary welcome pack.
