The villa (the property in the foreground in the enlarged image) is set on a wide corner plot in this peaceful and luxurious resort.
The resort features two full-size floodlit tennis courts and the villa has tennis racquets and balls so you will be ready to play.
Other activities at the resort include a beach volleyball court, and nearby to this is a basketball court.
The resort's large communal swimming pool has plenty of chairs and recliners plus a cabana with restrooms and shower facilities.
The resort has three children's play areas and all are located just a short distance away.
The two large lakes are both just a short walk from the villa, they also provide the water to irrigate the landscaping so it stays green throughout the year. The whole community is beautifully maintained by the resort's home owners association.
