We are Kim and Adrian and are based not far from London in the UK. We have been visiting the USA since the early 90's and have traveled to more than 30 of its 50 states at the last count! But Florida has always had a special attraction to us from the theme parks through to the Everglades and on to the Keys it has something for everyone.

We always dreamed of owning our own home in the USA, and Orlando was top of the list for its superb year round climate, central location and endless range of activities and attractions. Over the years we had stayed at quite a few vacation homes and villas which gave us a good idea of how ours should be.
